MICrONS Data Set released

In April 2021, the first publicly available anatomical atlas dataset captured on Voxa Blade hardware by Allen Institute and processed by Princeton Neuroscience Institute was been released! See Layers 2/3 of the mouse brain (provided by Baylor College of Medicine) as never seen before, at a level of completeness and detail that defines a new gold standard for cortical anatomy. This earlier dataset is 250 x 140 x 90 micrometers in size, captured at less than 4 nm lateral resolution.

With detail ranging from whole cells and blood vessels down to synaptic vesicles, the public is invited to use this new atlas to make new discoveries about cell types, vasculature, fine processes, and detailed subcellular structures.

From this website link, navigate to the Data >> Layer 2/3 heading, and click on the link provided to access the Neuroglancer data delivery and visualization tool built by friends at Google.
